This is the current vendor status. The red spots are paid and taken. The orange spots are those for which we have extended invitations but for which the vendor has not yet finalized their registration. They have 72 hours from the time we send the invite in which to do this. ONLY green spots are available to request on your application. Orange/green have recently timed out and may be available soon.
Applications received after spots are all assigned will be placed on our waitlist. If a spot opens up, we will be extending invitations from the waitlist. If your category is already filled, we will move to the next person on the list until/unless a spot opens in your category.
This chart will be updated on a regular basis. It does not guarantee space will still be available when your application is received. Please note your top three available choices on your application and we will do our best to honor your request. You will get a response about your application within two business days. If you are invited to participate as a vendor, you will have 72 hours to submit payment or you forfeit your spot.
